STEPS
Fill out our intake form to get started. We’ll collect basic information about your child and your insurance.
We verify your benefits and explain what your plan covers.
Provide your child’s diagnostic evaluation report and insurance card.
A request to complete the assessment will be sent to insurance for approval.
Once approved, a BCBA meets with you and your child to learn about their strengths and needs.
The BCBA creates a personalized plan and submits it to insurance for treatment approval.
After approval, sessions begin with an RBT under BCBA supervision. We’ll schedule sessions that fit your family’s needs.
